Law for All Ignored My Case and Left Me in the Lurch

I am writing this letter with a heavy heart and deep disappointment, as *Law for All* has failed me when I needed assistance the most.

I requested help to write a letter of demand to the municipality, or to proceed with civil action, after my vehicle was ********ly impounded. Although I was not the owner of the vehicle, I was the driver at the time and had all the supporting documents to show that the vehicle was wrongly impounded. Despite this, *Law for All* informed me that they could not assist because I am not the owner of the vehicle.

This decision has left me extremely dissatisfied. It was me, the driver, who paid the impound release fee, and the fine itself was withdrawn in court. Therefore, I am seeking reimbur*****t of the money I paid, as the actions of the officer were clearly ********.

The excuse given—that I am not the owner of the vehicle—feels like a technicality used to avoid assisting me. It was me, not the owner, who was charged, inconvenienced, and left out of pocket. I expected *Law for All* to stand by me in this matter.

I am very disappointed by the lack of support and would like a clear explanation of why you have refused to assist me. I also seek guidance on how to escalate this complaint further.
