After paying an initial +-R200 extra that was not needed to activate the service I have been debited the full amount every month since then not receiving a credit for the extra paid.
I had a CCMA case that they handled. There lack of care and lack of quality lawyers ensured they kept receiving my payment without doing any work. I have phoned them close to 200 times to keep pushing them as the case was urgent and the company was closing. There lack of care ensured that I was a victim once again.
LAW FOR ALL ENSURES YOU STAY THE VICTIM IN EVERY SITUATION. EVEN WHEN YOU PAY THEM TO FIGHT FOR YOU THEY TURN THEIR BACK ON YOU.
