Initially I had a bad start because there were staff changes but once Leverne Robain was appointed I received the updates i required. I was also not happy with the attorneys I was appointed and she assisted me in the process to obtain different attorney’s. The combination of law for all case officer and attorney is so important and this combination definitely worked for me.
