i just realized that i don't have a lawyer

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from LAW FOR ALL, After waiting three weeks for a response to my urgent matter, I was finally told that my issue wasn’t covered under my policy and that I’d need to pay extra for a referral to another attorney.

What’s even more frustrating is that there was no discussion about my case, no alternative options provided, and no meaningful advice given. I was told I’m a "Platinum+," but I honestly can’t see the value in that. I can’t help but wonder how they treat their Gold clients if this is the level of service I receive.

To make matters worse, I was advised when I took this policy that LAW FOR ALL would appoint a legal practitioner to represent me and cover up to R309,000 per year to institute or defend my case. Now, I realize I don’t even have a lawyer who can actually represent me in litigation. I don’t even fully understand what "litigation" means, and yet, I’m left to fend for myself.

The lack of communication, slow response times, and realization that I don’t truly have the legal support I was promised have left me feeling utterly frustrated and misled. If there was a negative 7 rating, I would have given it to them. I would not recommend their services to anyone seeking reliable and comprehensive legal assistance
