I needed to verify some information with law 4 all and spoke to Joy at the switchboard, she was very helpful and wanted to ensure I had my problem resolved, she made sure to not only try to help me in that time but went above and beyond what was needed by calling me the next day at the time she said she would to make sure things were followed up, I am so impressed with that type of service and manners and being a person of their word and following through with a client query, thank you Joy I got the answered I needed I really appreciated your help!
