Trust me when I say that LIPCO employees takes all matters seriously. They truly embody the ethos of the firm. After I cooled down, as we all do, I thought my matter was small despite the avenues I could have taken before hand to resolve it, but the commitment that the assigned mediator had towards it was amazing.

That alone is a sign of true professionalism and commitment to the client.
