Again, same issues, promises, no service. All talk. All tin and no beans.

Not 1 thing they claim to offer is delivered on. I've tried most of the reasons you'd use this membership and these guys drop you on every single thing you ask them to help you with.

Ask them to mediate, they won't. They'll make you jump through hoops then not do anything. Or they out right refuse.

Want that legal advice all members are supposed to get? IF you're not on the top tier you're going to be told off and treated like you don't have a right to call - yes, it's a marketed benefit and in your policy, but that's not going to stop them from pretending like you're not entitled to it.

Honestly, save your money. R200 bucks for this is a total waste. Platinum plus is an absolute joke.
