<p>I lodged a civil case regarding a car that I purchased and I found out that the guy that sold a car did ***** I then wrote him a letter requesting my money back he agreed but he never did, I then phoned LIPCO for assistance on the 14 November 2016 they asked for documents I emailed them they confirmed that they received them ref C9388-11-2016, then that was it no feedback after that I email Mrs Luzanne Kinnear requesting feedback she didn't reply,when I phoned the receptionist told me Mrs Luzanne Kinnear she is not in the office and her assistant also but she will send a message for her to contact me the whole week passed no feedback I sent another email no reply. I think this company is really unprofessional if you fail to do a simple thing like keeping your customers informed. </p>

Upon closer inspection, your mediator was off from work for a few days. We apologise that this wasn't communicated to you properly.
