EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM MR CIKISWA MNYATELI

It is indeed an absolute pleasure to write a compliment on Mr Cikiswa Mnyateli from Law for All. I was a member before on the Platinum Package and then after some months cancelled my membership due to non-professional service. After much thought, I rejoined now on the Gold Package and it will be because of Mr Mnyateli, I would love to upgrade to the Platinum Package. He recently assisted me with an incident. I was overwhelmed with his professionalism, friendliness and most importantly the empathy he had shown towards me. He has excellent product knowledge, customer service is extraordinary and his command of the English language is perfect and admirable. I only wish Law for All to have staff like him who can service the clients the way he did. The incident I went through was quite traumatizing and Mr Mnyateli had consoled me like a family member. I have been with Legal Wise, Scorpian Legal Protection, FNB and Nedbank Legal Services, none can compare to the level of standards and ethics Mr Mnyateli holds. I wish to thank him for all his help, I only wish I could liaise with him on all my matters, unfortunately he is in a different department. The last time I spoke to Mr Mnyateli, I had him on speaker phone, my 12 year old child asked me who I was speaking to after the call ended. I explained to her, and this is what she told me "Mum, he is so well spoken, if he was into sales, he will do a fantastic job. She further said he will ***** the hearts of many customers at Law for All." Well done Mr Mnyateli on carrying your duty in the most efficient and diligent manner. You deserve an appraisal award for keeping me on board with Law For All
