Your speedy and swift way of handling our dilemma in which we were feeling "lost" and like the world was against us truly calls for a 5 star review. Your determination and confidence in OUR matter surrounded us with so much hope, knowing that there is help and that we do have rights. We were so highly strung, however after your advice and information shared we felt like humans that have rights. Even though this is a given and all citizens know that we have rights - you made a family rise up and shine emotionally and mentally making the well known solution so much simpler.
