Excellent Customer Service

Would like to give my appreciation by saying thank you to Ane van Zyl. From day one when she made the call to me, she has given me constant feedback both by email and telephone. Dealing with her has been so amazing, her work ethics are exceptional. She has provided me with help i have been requesting for the past 2 months in 2 days. From drafting a letter to making sure i was taking care off on the transfer issue. The turnaround time has been amazing. I appreciate the time she spends in making sure we as customers/ clients are happy. I am a happy client today, all because of her. Ane, please don't stop with me. You have listened, advised and solutioned. There's so many people like me but having you takes all the worries away. THANK YOU for all your help.
