Dear Sir or Madam,

I’m utterly disappointed with the service I have been receiving from Lipco, I left numerous emails and calls to Cameron Clayton and Monique Davids that has been left unanswered.

I received a sms on 20 July 2016 that “my claim has been approved and a lawyer will be assigned to assist me with my case matter”.

I received the required documentation from the assigned lawyer and filed at court – my assigned lawyer needs to query the Court Order and Lipco is not playing their part.

On Friday, 26 August 2016, I received two letters from Lipco;

· Dated 08 August 2016 stating that my claims has been rejected

· Dated 15 August 2016 stating that my case file has been deactivated

As a matter of urgency, I would like to know why my claim has been rejected after I was notified that it was approved and what will be done to assist me with my case going forward.
