Dissapoiting service

I am extremely disappointed in the service from law all. I lodged my complaint on the 29th Of April with Dimakatso.

* firstly it took her 2weeks to send one email and I had to call and ask her to get into contact with me , she explained that she was off sick and forgot to activate her out of office, which I cannot understand because if something unforseen happens to the person handling your case,does that mean , you will be left in wonder?

* I got the email and sent through all the requested documents which took alot of effort to complete and now it been over 2weeks again, I have got no email and not even a phone call.

I have used law for all in the past and I have never encountered service of this nature, as clients you pay your premiums in trust of service and to have this type of experience is extremely disappointing.

I feel as if I'm paying for no reason at all and this is extremely disappointing. I feel as if I should have chosen a different service provider
