Dissapointed

Good day

I would like to express my disappointment with one of law for all's attorneys specifically miss Nthabiseng that told me that she could not help me with a pre existing case.what is Sad is i was once helped with a pre existing case by Mr Clive so it's really frustrating knowing that i can't be helped but in your booklet it states that you guys deal with pre existing cases.another thing is that I've send an email to you guys stating my problem that am currently in so I ask myself why was a file opened and a lawyer assigned to my case if they knew that they won't be able to help me I kindly ask that i be contacted on *** cos my *** number is currently unavailable i need clarity on how the pre existing cases worked
