Disgusting
Absolutely of no use when you require their help..you have to appeal an appeal, of which the matter is a direct exclusion from your policy..does that even make sense..you will be wasting your time,as it is already excluded..this is why ordinary South africans never receive the proper support from institutions that receive payment for years and years .utterly disgusting..will never advise any of my colleagues to join Lipco .I f u could go back 20years. I would never have joined
