Disappointed response 😥
Disappointed 😥 how they handled my claim especially how the lady by the name Charlotte explained to me that my membership is still new[4 months] but I was willing to pay for their services because of the new membership because I trusted their company to help me.Instead she told me to look for debt counselor to help me especially after explaining to her what happened to me being wrongly placed under Debt review under false circumstances even though I took time to dispute it.
