Disappointed

I long reported a case against MBD but to date I have not received a certain call for an update.I reported another labour matter as I needed assistance with unfair labour matter and the Legal advisor who was assisting me was very impatient with me and kept on saying it can't be as if I was lying to her.She told me that there are no prospects of success for a constructive dismissal case.I asked to be referred to an attorney on the panel for an opinion and she said what do you mean because you are speaking to the attorney. She sounded very rude and not willing to assist me.So far I have received only the worst service from your company and I'm happy with that.
