Debitting big amounts without consent!
Terrible service received once again from these guys!!
My premium was R289pm for over a year and couple months. I have had that amount available for today's debit order and all of a sudden I see an amount of R329 that tried going off my account!
That is a R40 difference in debit all of a sudden! I haven't even received a notification that there will be an increase in my installment. I Seriously had enough from you guys and I will be leaving and joining another reputable company who would treat me as a client fairly and not ***** money from me!!
I am also proceeding to SUE you guys!
Daylight *******!! *****ing from loyal customers!

26 Oct 2023, 15:24I spoke to the Policy administration manager in the presence of my wife and she was so uncertain of her job and how she does it. Furthermore I'm approaching the fais ombudsman. Being a customer for 16 months and they already started robbing me. They failed to communicate the premium increase with me in all aspects and the the policy admin did confirm that. And still I the customer cannot get joy from this enquiry. This review and query has not been resolved yet until I get Fais Ombudsman to get involved. Utterly unprofessional service for a company like this!!! You'll deserve 0 rating...

As discussed with yourself, we confirm that communication was sent from our side regarding the annual increase applicable, however note that it was not delivered to yourself. Unfortunately, this would be an issue on your side. Keep in mind, your monthly premium is subject to annual review. That means we may adjust your premium due to external factors (such as inflation, increases in legal fees or operational expenses). Please don’t worry!
