Customer Service from Ané van Zyl

I had an incident with one of the lady's who worked on my file until Ané van Zyl took over. She is extremely professional, easy-going, helpful, friendly and patient. It's an absolute pleasure working with her. She listens to me and never cuts me off. Provides constant feedback and always responds to my emails/calls.

Lastly, I could not see her but I could hear the smile on her face! The service I'm receiving from her is definitely 10/10!
