Courteous, helpful staff.
Let this be clear....I am not rating this company, but rather the excellent, efficient, knowledgeable and courteous advice that I received from ANE VAN ZYL, who spent a very long time on the telephone with me, trying to help to resolve an issue. If there were more people like Ane in the world, we would have a MUCH better world! I am sincerely grateful to her!
