Client's best interests not priority

Following my recent experience with LIPCO Law for All, l am of the opinion that their own client's best interests are not prioritised. Even with detailed email responses, photos, and documentation provided on time, as per LIPCO's request, information is still overlooked, and the client suffers in the end. What is the point of paying for a policy on a monthly basis, if the client is not assisted to have a successful outcome when needed? I am cancelling this policy.
