Benefit not Honored

I have used law for all and they have been excellent, so i wont base this on law for all per se but an individual who was helping me. I have A Premium Platinum Policy with Law for All. One of the Policy Benefits is that they would give 60% of your Conveyancing fees I then Claimed for this benefit... I was given a lady to mediate for me I must say I got thee worst service ever only to be told in the last minute that the "Lawyers refused to give a discount". THAT LADY MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS BEGGING FOR THIS SERVICE AS IF I DONT PAY MONTHLY FOR THIS SERVICE. I LIKE LAW FOR ALL MOST OF THEIR LAWYERS ARE PROFESSIONAL AND KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING BUT THERE AOME ****S LIKE THE ONE WHO WAS HELPING ME. WHO MESS UP THE GOOD THING THAT THAT COMPANY IS STRIVING FOR.

I FEEL CHEATED AND MISLEAD COZ THIS IS PART OF THE PACKAGE FOR MY POLICY ONLY TO BE TOLD WHAT I WAS TOLD

I AM VERY AGGRIEVED
