Bad services

Horrible services. I don't know if thats how their lawyers are or I was just the unfortunate one. But that lady who was helping me is so ***********. She calls you (Lebo) and pretend as if is there is network issue, when you callback within a minute of disconnection they tell you she is not available and she will call you back ASAP, but she never does. She did that for two consecutive days and just decided to call back the following week. So that means if you need urgent help on thursdays and Fridays, you won't get help because it is inconvenient for them. That was really disappointing service.
