Bad service

If i could give them a zero i would do so. I purchased a house and seller and agent attempted to con me. I contacted lipco. And i was told to wait it out. And also them sayin the seller was not in breach of contract and the mediator kept sayin in his opinion and that he studied law. After i told him what the conveyancer told me and three agents. He said not much i could do. I ended the call lodged a complaint and was told that the manager was to call me. Instead they send me another mediator askin for aame documents i already gave to the previous fool. I paid R5000 for an attorney to draft me the necessary letter and addendum etc. Lipco said it cant happen
