At which point does the Legal help begin??

When I was called and offered attorneys from law for all, I was hesitant because there was no walk-in office in Pietermaritzburg, and they couldn't be as hands on as I needed them to be. The sales person assured me the swiftest service at the highest quality.

18/12!23 I called law for all because the panel beater I paid messed up the job and was being arrogant, and he also threatened me. I provided his name, telephone number and address.

22/12/23 the attorney's assistant phoned me and told me that they couldn't reach the perpetrator. I suggested that a letter be sent to him. It was the Christmas weekend and I was assured that they would be in contact with me in the new year. I was told that they would resume work on the 3/1/2024

I waited a progress update. I didn't not receive any update, so I called law for all on the 5/1/24 - I was advised that the attorney dealing with my issue was on leave and that she would attend to my matter the moment she got back.

Today is the 16/1/2024 and I have still not yet received a call. Now I'm guessing that they will call me and tell me that they tried to reach the guy four times and failed to make contact. My thing is that if I wanted people who phone, get nothing and phone again, I would have enlisted the help of a telesales company. I want a lawyer to act on my behalf!

Where is the swift, and high quality service I was promised? Will they ask me to pay more to qualify for actual help? Can attorneys that are operating in a city far from mine actually do anything legally for me? I'm a patient man; but this is ridiculous

Have I wasted my money?

Should I enlist another company?

What's the next step?????
