ABYSMAL SERVICE! GIVE MY MONEY BACK AND REFUND MY PREMIUMS FOR NO SERVICE!!!!

I've been paying for a premium account but the service has been nothing but sub standard. The premium package is supposed to cover you for almost anything but these people cannot even assist the smallest requests such as a Court Order. Their candidates that they send for representation are ill prepared, and inexperienced to say the least. I've been paying for over 2years with no service. They fail at every request yet take your money every month. I want my premiums back for the past 12months. Cancel my subscription and give me my money back. I have received no service from you. This company is pathetic. I spoke to the so called manager Mr Riaan Pool on 21 October to cancel my subscription and process my refund. To date they still bill me and no refund in sight. I would never refer them or make use of this company again. It's a waist of money and a total *******. GIVE MY MONEY BACK AND REFUND MY PREMIUMS FOR NO SERVICE!!!!
