PATHETIC ATTITUDE AND VERY UNHELPFUL

I have attempted to obtain some sort of help from these attorneys, post the transfer of our property on 15 January 2015, as they were the transferring attorneys.<br> <br> The purchase agreement stated that we were supposed to pay rates and taxes for the period till 31 March 2015, if the property was registered at an earlier date, then a refund will be received from the municipality to the attorneys and then to us.<br> <br> The property was consequently registered on 15 January 2015, thus rates and taxes were due to us for the period from 15 Jan 2015 to 31 March 2015. However due to backdating of charges from the municipality, for the period before our transfer, our refund had been consumed.<br> <br> We have tried to request the assistance from the attorneys, however we have received nothing but attitude stating that we need to liaise with the seller directly.<br> <br> Considering the fact that we paid the attorneys fees totaling R 70,000!!!!, I FIND IT RIDICULOUS THAT NO HELP WHAT SO EVER HAS BEEN RECEIVED!!
