Lionsgate security services guard says its not Compulsory to check slips after shopping at Frontline hyper - Edenvale

I experienced rudeness from one of your security guards working at Frontline hyper in meadowdale- Edenvale. He said his name was Dino Chikwani. After doing my shopping and have processed my items, Dino's colleague asked for my slip and I willingly gave it to them as standard procedure.

As I was there, a couple walked right passed and this Dino guy made way for them without stopping them for a slip. When I asked why he did that he responded with attitude and said "It's Not Compulsory" to ask for slips.

How can this be true? Why do we need securities at the door then if what they doing is not Compulsory? I am extremely mad at this gentleman and felt targeted.

Even after one of the supervisors asked him to apologize, his apology was filled with arrogance and proved to not be sincere. I told him I'd escalate this to the company he works for so he can be held accountable for his actions.

The nerve of that guy. Wow!
