NOT PAYING BACK OUR MONEY!!

<p>On 26/06/2016 we booked into the establishment for a 5 night stay and paid cash. Unfortunately, due to unforseen circumstances, we had to lessen our stay by 2 nights. Upon departure, the lady at Reception did not come to work that day and we could not receive our refund. Daniel gave me his e-Mail address as well as the one for the Lodge and said that if I send an E-Mail with my banking details, the refund of R1200-00 will be paid into my account. On 07/07/2016 I sent an E-Mail with my banking Details, but as yet are still to see the money paid back to me. On Tuesday, 19/07/2016, I received a phonecall from Daniel informing me that the money will be paid the same day. Yet, NO MONEY PAID BACK. Everytime I send an E-Mail, I am told to be patient and that they must sort it out with the Finance Department. They promise to phone me with feedback, yet promises are broken. They are keeping money that does not belong to them and are obviously ignoring all efforts to pay it back. BEWARE when visiting this establishment and DO NOT pay in advance and definitely not in CASH as they WILL NOT REFUND YOU. SO disappointed as I would have recommended them before this incident.</p>
