No response for order from Lions Rugby Shop

On the 30th of September 2015 I have placed an online order and did the payment on the same day. A whole week passed and my order is still showing pending on their website. <br> <br> I have already send them 2 emails with no response from them.<br> <br> I want them to either get their sh*t together and send my order or I want my money back!!!<br> <br> If by any chance they read this report this is my order number 14b10352
