Terrible service

Did not receive good service. First of all, the owner was very helpful. A job that was supposed to take 1 week, took longer than 2 weeks. With some days that the builders do not even pitch up or they only arrive after 11am. Secondly, full payment was requested before all the work was completed. Eventually when they were done with the house, we gave full payment but the next day it started raining. We saw that it was raining into the house and have requested assistance ever since. We have been promised that the builders will be there the next day and then the next day, and the next but still no one has pitched. Very disappointed will never use their services again.
