POOR SERVICE

I booked 4 of my staff members into Lion Den Guest House in Witbank and when they arrived they were told to go to another guest house call Fountain Guest House On arrival Jenny made them pay prior to them viewing the rooms. After they paid they saw the rooms and were not happy as they are grown men and the beds are very small and close to each other. They then told Jenny that they are not happy and requested a refund which she said she can not pay into his personal account but will pay it into our company account. I contracted Lions Den (Eljonette) where I booked and they are now refusing to refund us. They owe us R8 000.00 and I would not recommend any one to do business with them
