Unprofessional experience buying a property from Lionlead!!

I had the most unprofessional experience with your agent, Corrie.

We put in an offer on a house about 3 weeks ago and the offer was accepted by the seller.

The photographer was at our property on April 26th for pictures to put our house on the market. Corrie said the photos and ad should be live by the weekend.

I followed up earlier today (08 May) after hearing nothing or finding that our current house is not on the market....At 17:37 I get a call from Corrie and she tells me that someone else has a made a higher offer and they get the house we app**** for. After I ask how this happens, she tells me they were already approved for a loan on a previous property and that's why they are now ahead of us... From day 1 that we went to look at the property, we told her we were already approved by ABSA for a loan, so she didn't do anything with the information....But other buyers get priority because they are also approved for a loan.

One of our friends drove past the property over the weekend and saw a sold sign on it. After I ask Corrie about how a sold sign is put up even before she lets me know about the developments, she tells me that she no longer has sole mandates on the property and another agent is also now advertising the property . She put the sign up over the weekend so that the other agent does not sell the house because her other client is already in the process of buying the house.

I checked on property 24 as well as Private Property and there is only 1 agent listed for the sale of the property.

How does everything happen in 1 week from a viewing right through to the sale of the place? And here we are 2-3 weeks later and only 1 bank has contacted for a quote!?!?!?
