Lionlead Real Estate Cape Town not paying back rental deposit

This company (Cape Town branch) is refusing to pay our deposit back! My son's contract ended at 28th of February 2025. Inspection was done, nothing was wrong in the flat. Deposit was supposed to be paid back 7 days after inspection. After several calls and Whatsapp's to a very rude Saadiq Effendi, branch manager, and the agent Tanner Edwin's, still no luck. Not to talk about the attitude's , it is absolutely appalling to say the least! As a last resort I called Michael Petro in the Johannesburg office, he at least is taking my calls and trying to help me. No comms from the Cape Town branch, I have to call, email and whatsapp.... 28 days, still no deposit! Be aware of LIONLEAD REAL ESTATE CAPE TOWN!!!
