Stay Away from Lionel Reddy A to Z Pools

As with the previous reviewer we have had exactly the same experience of Lionel Reddy A to Z Pools.

As with the previous reviewer Lionel initially seems very competent. He first visited use beginning of October 2020, and submitted a quote which was cheaper than others, but at the same time he sounded very confident and knowledgeable.

The quote we received stated that all work would be finished October 27, 2020, and he started work around October 15.

As with the previous reviewer the first few days prepping the pool went really well. After the pool was prepped things went to pieces. Lionel didn't show up, when he showed up he came in for a couple of hours, then needed to go out and source material - and we didn't see him for some days a week.

I will not go into any more details, but to say that the pool was finally finished January 5, 2021 - 2.5 months after what was stated on the quote.

I am copying some of the previous reviewers final comments:

- this contractor over promises and under delivers - this contractor has no qualms about moving the goalposts and not living up to the agreement. - Not showing up for work without any explanations until you ask for one....he does not think he owes anyone any explanations - The average time to get to our site in the morning was between 09h30 and 10h30 in the mornings - you are not getting any communication whatsoever from Lionel when you aske where he is or when he will come. At best he replies with "don't worry, your pool will be finished". - he may reply and say he will turn up at a certain day, the day comes and goes without any Lionel, and no message saying he cannot come.

So, word of warning: Stay away from Lionel Reddy A to Z Pools!!!
