Waiting for service books for 4 MONTHS

I bought a used vehicle through Lionel Motors (NISSAN) group end of July 2015.I was told car had all relevant documentation etc. prior to purchase and was assured all was in order before I signed contract (service books, manuals etc). I m based in Cape Town so then flew to Johannesburg to collect car, upon collection service books where no where to be found, but I was promised they would be couriered to me within a week. This was worrying , but as such a large well known company was being dealt with I felt a sense of safety. However it is 1 week short of 4 Months of me having to mail constantly , false promises and now being ignored. This is a major issue as the manufacturer will not validate my services on service plan without books and over and above this is bad practice as a promise/part of contract has not been fulfilled. I hope this can be sorted out ASAP as this is a very bad reflection of such a well known vehicle group.
