Lions rock golf resort

We booked through booking.com which takes you to SA venues to review the website. We espaecially booked this venue because of the promise of a 9 hole golf course with unlimited access. Only to get there and there is no golf course. Then we thought we would do the other activities only to be told that there is nothing available. We then complained about the rate for nothing and they said they don’t think it will be a problem for a refund and they must just confirm with booking.com. They made us stay and only after booking out they said they will call me. They didn’t and when I called they said they have a 100% cancellation policy. Which they omitted to tell us when we had the opportunity to cancel. They are a bunch of ******. Please don’t use this place ever they charge R1400 per night with a sub standard room that is not very clean
