Unhealthy living conditions

I've been here less than a month. New developments and the main sewage is blocked. How quick was that. My house is flooded. There is a drainage system on the street but much of the water drains into my yard because of how the houses are leveled. I'm not getting any assistance. I've reached out to all agents. Starting with estate manager they sent me to central development. I lodged a ticket with them. Phoned them twice with promises that they'll attend to the matter. They didn't. I went to coj offices to report emergency blockage, no one came to my rescue. No sense of attending to emergencies. 4 days with sewage block. Into the weekend now. My yard smells like ****. My health at risk. Emotionally drained. I'm having sleepless nights with this issue.

Not a smooth ride to own a property here
