Do not rent, worst decision made they are inhumane

Worst company ever DO NOT RENT OR BUY.

We have had no water for 2 days yesterday 16 august and still today. They only sent the communication put today. We have to work tomorrow and we have not took a bath/shower for 2 days the head Manager is inhumane he stated he did not know of this but if you are the head manager of the complex you should know also Wednesday we had no water. Please do also not fall for their 50% discount on first month rent as if you want to leave due to many unpleasant stuff that happened they state you will not get your deposit back and you will have to pay a 2 month penalty that is 2 months rent. We had incidences where people/residents just walk into our yard. So many water outages at least once a week. Now it's 2 days on going. They refuse to cc in the CEO in the emails as I don't think he is aware of what is happening they are throwing it under the carpet. The CEO needs to know. I need the CEO to call me he needs to know. We are treated unfairly. Never experienced anything like this in any estate I ever lived in.
