Useless, Rude and ***********!!!!
This company should be st********** their license, they don’t deserve to deal with clients, very unprofessional and rude. We put a death claim on Tuesday and still no payout and the consultants in Kimberly have the nerve to say they only submitted the documents yesterday and the owner says Wednesday, there is so much contradiction, they even say once they submitted the claim they are done, that’s ridiculous. Pls close this useless company!!!!!they don’t deserve to deal with clients.

16 Mar 2018, 13:09William was very rude, no listening s****s, chased us out of his office when we questioned him about the death claim, he doesn’t respect clients, the assistant was also rude and shouting at us like we are children, they don’t deserve to be in business!!!
