Pathetic services of company dealing with people's money and future

<p>I would suggest no one to join the fedcraw umbrella providant fund .</p> <p>As I have been a member since 2012 and finally decided to withdraw my fund ,I have been tossed around from person to person ,whom I have to contact to get any feedback .I logged my request in June this year filling all the relevant documents ,I have been patient only to get a response saying that DUE to their company being transferred in September (keeping in mind that I was not aware of anything ,because of promises made that they are sorting my withdrawal out) they won't do the process As the Fsb has put a stop on all payments.</p> <p>My request should have been processed long before their company transfer .</p>
