Emerald Life Insurance and Lion of Africa Insurance

This is supposed to be a company dealing with assisting people with claiming insurance for a loved one, but there service is putrid and they take 48 business hours to get back to you about your claim or to let you know if your documents are in order then another 48 hours to process the claim, that in itself is two weeks. If you ask to speak to management you're told they can't put a call through or give you the details of management, this is suspect. They deal with SASSA grant recipients and the premiums are deducted directly from the clients accounts on a monthly basis, so do they pay out or are they busy with delay tactics. Who else can I speak to besides the ombudsman
