Unpaid claims

Terrible company They make you wait for your payout till after the funeral,I had a policy with them for 8 years,they only paid my premiums back to me and not the insured amount,the payout happened 2 months after the funeral, I am not the only one that suffered such injustice, a few of my family members and 2 friends had the same complaints. They claim that they do not have an underwriter, apparently they underwriters themselves.

Guys if you can't run a business.,please step back.
