Tell me to come fetch my car tomorrow!

Since October trying to get my car fixed but I'm hearing different stories from the Insurer and the panel beaters (Sanrose Auto body), now I still can't get my car from the panel beaters because an assessor has to check the invoice and sign it off if he's happy with the figures , meaning I might not get the car this year if he decideds to act on it later than tomorrow because the panel beaters need to be paid before I get my car and they are closing the workshop for this year.

I've called everyone on my Insurer's side , I've went to the panel beaters , I don't know what to do anymore.

Tell the panel beaters to release my car by tomorrow (14 Dec) , I don't want to get involved in payment issues with you and them .
