SO SICK AND TIRED THIS, WORST SERVICE EVER ..

Almost 6 months now still don't have my car back.

October 2018 my car was involved in an accident, 28 November 2018 an authorization was sent to the panel beaters, 21 February an invoice was sent to the insurer from the panel beaters up to today no payment has been done from the insurer's side.

I fail to understand what kind of business they are running, are they only trying to rip us off or what?. I have lost income since October 2018.

Everytime I call them and give them my claim i'm told that it's not their claim number EITHER YOU HOLD FOREVER UNTIL YOU DROP THE CALL THEY DON'T ACTUALLY CARE.

The claim was registered under Oaksure my broker and my insurer is Lion of africa my policy number UTTI001230 UNDER TAXIFY.

CAN SOMEONE DEAL WITH THIS AS I'M STILL WAITING FOR PAYMENT TO BE MADE SO I CAN COLLECT MY CAR AS THE REPAIRER CAN'T RELEASE THE CAR BEFORE PAYMENT.
