Poor service from Lion of Africa insurance

My Uber vehicle was involved in an accident March 2018, it was only released January 2019 , with defects . To date the company has not repaired these defects I can’t put the car back on the road . I have even filled a case with the ombudsman. Shame on this company,I paid my monthly fees without even skipping a month ,this is how they treat you when you have a crisis. Very disappointed ☹️
