No sense of urgency

My Broker is Axsure and the insurer is Lion Of Africa. My car was in an accident a truck drove into the car while stationary. It's taking them forever to settle the claim, absolutely no sense of urgency from Axsure or Lion of Africa. I was rild the car is written off a week ago and I will recieve a agreement of Loss. ALMOST A WEEK AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING.

After an entire week this is the reply I get from your staff? Now I need to wait for the assessor to assess the Vehicle again? This service is shocking. The vehicle a write off why must it be assessed again. If this matter is not resolved soon. I promise to go to every social media platform and I will get your CEO details and I will take this further this is totally pethatic. Good day Please be advised that the assessor is going back to assess the vehicle due to the description of the claim as the client had a mechanical break down and third party drove into the rear of vehicle. Mechanical damage is not covered in terms of the policy. regards Anna Modise
