Loss of use due to me

The insurance made specifically for Taxi business. One of the clause in the policy document is the loss of use in case the car is taken for repairs in one of their motor repairs. A loss of use is an amount the insurance pay an insurer per day while the car is being repaired. in this case R500 a day was due to me for the period a car is repaired.
