Lion of Africa is the worst insurance service provider

Lion of Africa has terrible service and doesn't car about their clients. The company has failed to finalise my claim for over 4 months. My car was involved in an accident in the beginning of October 2018 and subsequent to the i have provided the company with all the relevant documents (Accident reports, bank settlement letter, car registration documents etc. ) but they still haven't finalised my claim. i have lost four months of business and currently i don't know what to do because they lie to me every time I call them.
