I need that car tomorrow!!!!

My vehicle has been gone since the 12th of October , I waited weeks before for their assessment to be done and get the authorization letter. Now I can't get my vehicle at the panel beaters because they were not paid by the insurance company. This is a business vehicle and I need it ,I'm behind on my bills.
